Work of PTVD – in 30 minutes. before the start of work, heating elements are turned on to warm up the cylindrical heat chamber. At this time, polymers are mixed with filler (sand) and coloring pigment in accordance with technical specifications. After warming up the thermo camera, the electric motor is turned on, which makes the agitator-feed shaft work through a belt drive.
Then a mixture of polymer, sand and dye is poured through the receiving hopper, which is heated in a thermos camera and becomes a homogeneous mass.
Through the agitator-feed shaft, the mass is fed to the outlet, where it is cut by a cut-off device and dosed on the scales.
