Technological process
The formation of the tiles is as follows – electricity power is supplied to PGF PPI-68, the oil station turns on, pressure is created in the system.
Then the molds are opened and the heated mass is released from the PTVD and placed on the lower part of the mold. The molds then close together to form the tiles. After 50 seconds, the mold opens and the ejector gives out the finished product (tile, ridge).
