The work of the PSP is as follows – in 30 minutes before the start of the work, the heating elements are turned on to warm up the cylindrical thermo camera. After warming it up, the electric motor is switched on, which, through a belt drive to the gearbox, makes the agitator shaft move.
Then, the sand is poured through the receiving hopper, which is distributed by the agitator shaft through the cylindrical thermo camera. Moisture is removed during the drying process through two steam outlets. After drying the agitator shaft moves the sand to the outlet, where it falls on the classifier sieve, with subsequent unloading into the storage container.
